Focus group to look at complaints, compliments and feedback

The next online Advonet Focus Group meeting will be focusing on one main theme. Next month, the Group will be talking about how we can improve our procedures for making complaints and giving compliments and feedback.

This is something we are really keen to improve and would welcome input from anyone in Leeds, especially if you have used an Advonet service before. We will also be talking a little more about the Advonet Group – how Advonet and Leep1, Leeds Autism AIM and CHANGE are branded as part of the same organisation.

When and where?

It takes place on Monday 1st September and runs from 2pm to 3pm. The meeting will be held on Zoom and is free to attend. The group is open to citizens of Leeds and is particularly open to anyone who has accessed an Advonet service before.

If you would like to join the meeting, please email us at involvement@advonet.org.uk. Then, we will send on the details of how to join on Zoom.

How to use Zoom

For anyone who has never used Zoom before or doesn’t know how some of the features work, our Leeds Autism AIM team have made a simple guide to using them. You can download a copy by clicking on the button below.

On Zoom, you can join in by using the desktop app, tablet app, phone app, on your browser or by phone call. If you have never used Zoom before but want to know how, People in Action have made some video tutorials: http://peopleinaction.org.uk/uncategorized/2020/zoom-tutorials/.
