FB was on a ward in a psychiatric hospital. She was an informal patient and the decision was around change of accommodation. Her capacity fluctuated and there was a disagreement between the Responsible Clinician and the social worker on this capacity issue.
RT was an elderly man who was placed from his own home into a care home to receive 24 hour care. The social worker felt that staff of the care home were not providing the level of care for this man and decided to give notice on his placement and identified another care home for him to move to.

We act as advocates for children and young people who are currently looked after/or who have left the care of Leeds Social Care. We offer advocacy support to children and young people involved in Child Protection Conferences or who are on a Child In Need Plan.

Basis sex work project provides support, advocacy and information to women who are involved in, or wishing to exit sex work via outreach and drop in. Basis Young People’s Project supports girls and young women experiencing or at risk of child sexual exploitation.
