We are launching a new way to give feedback on our services! We have a new feedback form where you can have your say on how we did, no matter which service you used:
- Advocacy
- Autism AIM
- Learning disability projects
- CHANGE
The new form covers everything we do and includes:
- A drop-down menu, saying which service you or the person you are supporting accessed most recently
- A scoring scale to say how we did from 1 to 10
- Space to say what you liked and did not like about our service
- A question to say whether you enjoyed any session attended e.g. an Autism Hub, training session or Club Night

Our new feedback survey is online and can be used multiple times if you or the person you are working with has used more than one of our services. It also uses Easy Read images for each question, made by our CHANGE team.
Any feedback given to us will help to improve what we do. The new form will help us listen to you and make sure we provide the best possible support.
