The next Leeds Learning Disability People’s Parliament meeting will look at two things. It will talk about digital skills and public transport. The meeting will be supported by our Asking You! team.

First, Nicky Lines from 100% Digital Leeds will be speaking. She will do a warm up and talk about useful apps.

Next, David Crake will talk about Being Connected and Leeds City Council Transport. He will talk about:

  • Independent travel training
  • Direct Payments for transport
  • The Learning Disability Travel Task Group
  • What a Specialist Travel Trainer does

After that, there will be time for any other business and lunch at the end. An agenda for the meeting can be downloaded by clicking on the button below.
