We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated person, who is motivated and passionate about upholding the rights of people, to work as a Universal Manager and join our existing team of managers, delivering high quality advocacy services across Leeds.

You will be one of four Specialist Advocacy Managers, one for each of 4 key service areas: Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA), Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA), Care Act Advocacy (CAA), Health Complaints Advocacy and ‘Community’ Advocacy.

You will primarily manage delivery of the Community Advocacy Service. However, it is expected that while you will be an expert in your designated specialist area, you will be committed to developing an excellent knowledge of the other advocacy service areas.
