My role: Bilingual Advocacy Coordinator, Assistant Manager Health Complaints
I have worked with the Bilingual Advocacy team since 2005 and the Health Complaints team since 2013. As BME Coordinator I provide leadership in monitoring and improving the quality of the advocacy service delivered and its impact on clients, enabling the organisation to challenge inequality and advocate effectively on behalf of its clients. I am responsible for the day to day management of the Advocacy Service.

I have extensive personal experience and knowledge in advocacy which has been accumulated through life experiences and a range of employment and voluntary roles working for community and statutory organisations.
