Our Services
We deliver a variety of independent advocacy services:

We help those seeking advocacy in Leeds by operating a ‘single point of access’ telephone helpline

People we serve:

    • People with learning disabilities
    • People experiencing mental distress and dementia; including people who are detained in hospital or receiving treatment in the community under the Mental Health Act (IMHA)
    • People from BME communities requiring culturally sensitive, bilingual support
    • People who lack ‘capacity’ to make critical decisions (IMCA)
    • People wanting support with Leeds NHS Complaints (Leeds Independent Health Complaints Advocacy)

We also promote independent advocacy provided by partners in Leeds and the surrounding area.
